How does the bike arrive?

Our simple assembly process makes it possible to use your skills to assemble your GT at home. GT bikes will arrive 80% assembled. To get out riding, you will need to first install handlebars, seatpost, front wheel, brake rotor (if applicable) and a set of pedals. Click here to learn more about how your bike will arrive. Also, please reference the owner’s manual, included with the bike, to ensure your bike is assembled properly.

Are the wheels tubeless compatible?

Yes, the wheels are compatible with tubeless, but you will need sealant, valve stems, and tubeless tires to set it up tubeless.

What headset is used on the Force Alloy?

The Force Alloy has a Semi-Integrated, 1-1/8” - 1-1/2” head tube. It utilizes a IS42/52 internal headset.

What is the max rotor size for the rear brake on the Force Alloy?

The max rotor size on the rear brake is a 203mm rotor. The native brake rotor size without an adapter is 180mm rotor.

What chain guide is compatible with the Force Alloy?

The Force Alloy will work with any ISCG-05 chain guide and bash guard mount.

What derailleur hanger is used on the Force Alloy?

The derailleur hanger is a TA ST SS 056. (Part #KG0006N02)

What is the max tire width on the Force Alloy?

The max tire width is a 2.4in wide tire.

Is the Force Alloy compatible with a coil shock?

Yes, it is compatible with a coil shock. The rear shock Eye-to-Eye / Stroke / Bushing Width is 185mm x 55mm Metric Trunnion/37.6mm x M8.

What bottom bracket is used on the Force Alloy?

The Force Alloy uses a BSA/73m bottom bracket.

Can I convert my Force Alloy to 27.5" or MX wheels?

No, the Force Alloy is only compatible with 29" wheels.

What is the max rider weight on the Force Alloy?

The max rider weight is 305lbs/138kg.
