As a customer, when you buy a qualifying bike online, you can sign up for GT Connect via a post purchase email. It's free to use, quick and easy to set up and doesn’t require you to download an app. Any mountain or gravel bike, on our site and over $1000, is eligible for this program.
Get a Free Bike Build by a Pro
Once your bike arrives, GT Connect helps you find a dealer or shop near you to have your bike built up by a professional for free! Once you connect with a shop, you will be provided with a QR code to bring into the shop when you drop off the bike.
Supporting Our Dealers
When a GT Connect bike is brought into a shop, GT is supporting our dealer network by picking up the tab for your build, giving you the best ride experience and keeping the local bike shops thriving. When you choose to buy online you are still able to have your bike built by a pro knowing that their business is being supported too.
